Staff are here to keep the server safe and fun. Reporting is always the right call, and you will never get in trouble for a report made in good faith.

Griefed or robbed

Don't touch anything

Leave the damage exactly as you found it. Staff can see who placed or broke every block and who opened every chest, and they undo it precisely. Repairing it yourself makes that harder.

Post in #report-a-player on Discord, or type /helpop followed by your message in game.
Say roughly where it happened (coordinates help: press F3) and roughly when.
Screenshots are welcome but not required.

Staff will restore your build and let you know when it is done. Then claim the area so it cannot happen again.

Someone is making you uncomfortable

This includes anything in chat, in private messages, on Discord, or in builds and signs. It includes someone asking for personal details, photos, or to move the conversation somewhere private. It includes things you are not sure are "bad enough" to report.

Tell any staff member. In game, use /helpop. On Discord, send a direct message to anyone with a [Mod] or [Admin] tag.
Reports stay private. Nobody will be told who reported them.
Do not confront the person. Screenshot if you can, then step away and tell staff.
If you are a young player, it is also a good idea to tell a parent or guardian.

Server down or laggy

Check #server-status on Discord first. It posts automatically the moment the server goes down or comes back.
If there is no post and you still cannot connect, ask in #minecraft-help.
Lag for everyone at once is a server problem: mention it in #minecraft-help. Lag only for you is usually your connection or render distance.

Who staff are

Staff are volunteers from the community. You can recognize them by their chat tag.

Tag	Role
[Helper]	Answers questions and reports, and can look into what happened.
[Mod]	Moderators. Handle reports, undo griefing, and issue mutes, kicks, and temporary bans.
[Admin]	Run the server: access, permanent bans, restarts, and appeals.
[Owner]	The server owner.

Staff will never ask for your password, personal details, or to move to another platform. Anyone claiming to be staff without a tag is not staff. Report them.

Discord channels

#minecraft-announcements: Events, maintenance, and important news. Read-only.
#minecraft: Live in-game chat, mirrored both ways, plus general Minecraft talk.
#minecraft-help: Account linking help, "how do I", and technical help.
#report-a-player: Griefing, theft, and rule-breaking reports.
#server-status: Automatic up and down notices. Read-only.

How the chat bridge works

Everything typed in game chat appears in #minecraft, and messages in #minecraft appear in game.
Private /msg messages are not mirrored to Discord.
Run /discord link in game to link your accounts. Your Discord name then shows next to your in-game messages.
Discord and Minecraft are moderated by the same team under the same rules. Your accounts are linked, so a ban in one place is a ban in both.
